Calvin Bassey is on the verge of linking up with Eredivisie champions Ajax Amsterdam, according to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano.
Romano also revealed that the former Leicester defender may have his medicals done in the coming days.

Ajax want the defender, who joined Rangers in 2020 after Leicester released him, to replace Argentina international, Lisandro Martinez, who is set to join English Premier League side Manchester United.
